A: Please send your sample to our factory, and we can replicate it or offer better solutions. Additionally, send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width). A CAD or 3D file will be created if the order is placed.

A: For small orders, we require 100% payment in advance via T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, we accept 50% T/T in advance and the remaining balance before shipment.
