Our Company (HERZPACK)manufactures mirror face roller, such as: chrome mirror face roller, coated mirror face roller, engraved mirror face roller, leather industry mirror face roller, paper industry mirror face roller, plastic industry mirror face roller, spreader mirror face roller, stretching mirror face roller.
Choose the high quality domestic steel and imports of steel, 20# steel, 45# steel and forged alloy steel with the advanced heating processing technology to tempering, destressing, quenching. Wall thickness uniformed after machining inner hole, the surface hardness reached to HRC50~58 after quenching, has the structure of heating or cooling, two layers or three layers, screw-type or Z-type. The inner sleeve and the roller body interference color, water inlet or outlet from both ends, or water inlet or outlet from the same ends.
Fine surface treatment, machining precision: temperature difference ≤±1ºC, thermal deformation≤0.01mm. Can do hard chrome plating, spraying ceramic, polishing, grinding, mirror finishing, and it can reach Ra.0.01.
This product can be used widely for surface press polish and high precision coating of Material piece of plate, leather, paper, metal, film and non woven material etc.
