Main applications:

Working principle:
In order to quickly achieve a uniform coating of crystallized coating on the surface of tablets and achieve the purpose of polishing, it is necessary to manually spray sugar syrup and slurry onto the tablets in the pot in batches. The pot is then rotated clockwise, allowing the sugar-coated tablets to roll, slide, and rub against each other, ensuring even distribution on all tablets and obtaining qualified coated tablets. This machine operates at a stable linear speed to ensure that the tablets form a good flow curve in the pot, meeting the process requirements of uniform coating thickness, bright color, and no spotting.
