A: Please provide the product's 2D/3D drawing in PDF, XLSX, or DOCX format.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It depends on your specific items, but typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory. We can replicate it or offer you better solutions. Send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we will create CAD or 3D files for you upon order placement.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For small orders, 100% advance payment via T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, 50% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment.
Q: If you produce poor quality goods, will you refund?
A: Quality is strictly controlled. In any case of quality issues, we will either replace the goods or provide a refund.
