Overview
LUT-60 ultrasonic liquid level sensor is an upgraded version of the floating ball switch, conductivity switch and static pressure sensor. It uses a transceiver integrated ultrasonic probe. The ultrasonic wave emitted by the probe propagates through the air medium in a certain direction, and some will be transmitted. The liquid level is reflected back and received by the sensor. The built-in micro-processor of the sensor can calculate the time interval between the transmission and the reception of the ultrasonic wave, and combined with the propagation speed of the ultrasonic wave in the medium, the distance from the liquid surface to the ultrasonic sensor can be calculated. The LUT-60 non-contact ultrasonic level sensor has a large liquid level measurement range, easy installation, and durability. The sensor has fast measurement response, continuous measurement and high precision, which meets the needs of real-time measurement of liquid level in the field. It is especially widely used in various pure liquids in containers, and the liquid level of storage containers for viscous liquids (lubricating oils, kerosene and other oil products) is accurately measured.
