XFJ-YJ series high pressure centrifugal fan, Compared with other similar type fans, it has the advantages of
high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve, high efficiency over a wider range.
This kind of fan is generally used for forging furnace and high pressure forced ventilation, can be widely
used for conveying materials, and applicable to transport the air and non corrosive, non spontaneous
combustion, not containing the viscous material medium gas. Generally not more than 50 ºC ,highest do not
exceed 80 ºC, dust and hard particles in the medium fine of not more than 150 mg / cubic meter.
It can be instead of the low rate 8-18, 9-27 type fans.
The impeller is a forward curved blade. The maximum circumferential speed of the impeller diffuser is no
more than 140m/s. After the impeller is formed, it is adjusted by static and dynamic balance. The air
performance is good, the efficiency is high, and the operation is stable and reliable.
The air inlet is made into a convergent streamline integral structure and is arranged on the side of the fan; the
cross section with the axial direction is in a curve shape, and the air can be smoothly entered into the impeller,
and the loss is small.
