This machine is mainly composed of touch screen microcomputer control system, test kettle body, refrigeration system, heating system, humidification system. The microcomputer touch screen controls the temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration, and the test duration can be set arbitrarily. It has good control, display, record and protection functions.
The alkaline components of concrete materials can react chemically with atmospheric CO2 at a concentration of 0.04% under natural conditions in a very slow process, but carbonization of concrete can be achieved quickly by technical measures such as pressurization and warming. If used for carbonation curing of precast concrete components and precast products, relatively high strength can be obtained quickly.
The high-pressure, high-temperature and high-concentration carbonization reactor developed and produced by Naierd is tested under the conditions of setting the test environment and adjusting the concentration of CO2, temperature, humidity and pressure, which provides a reliable test environment for the research institutes of CO2 carbon solidification, carbonization conservation and geological sequestration as well as for the industrialized production enterprises that produce products for rapid carbonization and conservation
