High Pressure Pharmacy Filter Press Hydraulic Membrane Filter Press
The filter press is a intermittent pressure filtration equipment for solid liquid separation. It's consist of frame, filter plate pack, filter medium (filter cloth or filter paper), pressing system, electric control cabinet.
Features of Membrane Filter Press:
1. Secondary squeezing ensures the lowest residual moisture.
2. Short working cycle and high efficiency.
3. Big capacity. Unique plate design makes filtrate discharge more smoothly to make higher processing capacity.
4. Good filtering performance. Our filter press can endure higher feeding pressure, so that get the lowest cake moisture.
5. Low running cost. According to CE standards, our filter press has a remarkable performance to decrease the running cost.
6. Filter plates are made of reinforced polypropylene with features of high strength, corrosion resistance, nontoxic and odorless.
7. According to your material we will recommend a special filter cloth, which can improve the filtering accuracy and efficiency.
8. Main beam material is Q235B/Q345B, with sandblasting processing.
9. Hydraulic station adopts ABB motor to ensure stable performance.
10. Hydraulic squeezing ensures no leakage to avoid secondary pollution.
11. Cabinet elements adopt internationally famous brands: Siemens etc.

2. Packing: The packing is seaworthy packing: The filter press will be packed with plastic film to avoid water. The hydraulic station and cabinet will be packed in wooden cases. If you need an entire wooden case please inform us in advance.

1. Documents supplied: Foundation/Circuit Diagram/Filter Cloth (or Filter Plate).
2. Site commissioning, installation, and training service are valid.
