Trough Type Vibratory FInishing Machine
It is mainly used for deburring, descaling, chamfering and polishing of various parts of metal, non-ferrous metals and non-metal products. especially suitable for processing longer workparts, such as steel pipes, or large-volume small-sized parts with complex shape or hard-to-reach cavities. VIbratory Polishing machine offers excellent finishing effect with short cycle times.
Tub Vibratory Finishing Machine Features:
1.Using the vibration deviation generated by the inertia exciter (vibration motor eccentric block), the workpiece and the abrasive move in the machine working groove, so that the workpiece and the abrasive run in one direction and rub against each other to achieve the surface treatment effect.
2 The vibratory finishing process does not destroy the original size and shape of the workpiece, and can easily touch awkward corners.
3.The inner lining of the container is made of PU material (polyurethane); it prevents the direct contact between the workpiece and the metal, and also greatly prolongs the service life of the machine.
4. Easy to operate, you can check the processing effect of parts at any time during the work process.
5. The trough tub can be added with several clapboard to operating different workparts with specific media.
