Q:Can we get your free samples?
A:Yes, you can. Our samples are only free for customers who confirm the order. But the express freight is borne by the buyer.
Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We will make samples before mass production, and after the samples are approved, we will start mass production. In the production process, functional sampling, comparison of appearance and color, etc. will be carried out; sampling will be carried out before entering the box.
Q:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
A:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss
But don't worry about this. We usually release more than 1% of the total quantity of each batch of goods to make up for the damage caused by the transportation of goods.
