Silane GX-1524 is widely used in the following areas:
Metal antirust.
Used on metal gold, silver, and cooper surface to improve its corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and bond strength to the polymers material

Can be used on the thermoset and thermoplastic polymer material, such as PVC,PS, Polysulfone etc, especially have good performance in the rubber industry. It can improve the rubber's mechanical property and wear resistance and reduce the deformation. It is suitable for the NR.EPDM, SBR, polysulfide rubber, neoprene, urethane rubber etc. It also used widely in the inorganic filler, such as glass fiber, white carbon black, quartz flour, French chalk, mica, Fly ash clay, and Silicon containing material.

Foundry resin:
It can improve the cold core foundary resin bonding strength and its molding sand strength, and reduce the resin usage and its gas volume, which can improve the casting quality and reduce the rejection rate.

It can improve the moisture-resistant & temperature-resistant of the synthetic resin

Keep in sealed container and place in cool, dray and ventilated area. Keep distance with the fire source, heat source and light source. It is valid within 6 months if kept on above condition
