Introduction
FBPD02 One-Component Foam can be used to economically insulate, seal, bond, fill and stop air infiltration. One-component foams cure when moisture in the air reacts with the chemistry of the foam. All one-component foams meet GB8624-97 flame resisitance requirements for caulks and sealants.

Adhesive strength: PVC-PVC: >100kPa; Aluminum plates: >80kPa
Elongation at break:8-20%
Shear strength: ≥ 80kPa
Compression strength: >30kPa at 10% compression
Thermo conductivity: <0.035W/(m.k)
Tack free time: 9-13min.

Applications
1. Door and window installation: seal, fill, fix and adhere the gap between doors, windows and walls.
2. Advertisement model: make model and sand plate, repair show board.
3. Sound insulation and absorption: insulate and absorb sound as a sealant in speech room and broadcast studio.
4. Gardening: make ikebana and gardening simple and beautiful.
5. Daily maintenance: repair the hole, gap, brick and floor.
6. Resisting water and fixing leak: mend the hole of water pipe and cloaca.
7. Packing and transportation: pack valuable and fragile goods easily and quickly, resist shock and press.
How To Use
Use by straw:
Step 1. Shake the can at least 30 times.
Step 2. Clean and dampen the place where will be filled.
Step 3. Place the can upside down and screw the tube on the can; counter clock wisely open the control valve to have a appropriate flow.
Step 4. Spray the foam from down to up; fill 80% volume of the gap is ok.
Step 5. The tack-free time is about 10 minutes; the foam can be processed after 1 hour.
Step 6. The foam can be trimmed by knife; then its surace can be processed by cement, coating, paint, silicone and so on
