Normally, we accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, etc. We also could accept US dollars, China Yuan and other currencies.

Q 2: Which trade terms can we work? 
Normally, we work on EX-WORK, FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA, CIP, CPT, DDU, DDP terms.

Q 3: What about the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is 1 set.

Q 4: What is the warranty of equipment?
12 months from the date of start-up or 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes firstly.

Q 5: What is the lead time?
Usually, in stock or 15 days for excavator, air compressor and concrete pump. 3-6 months for the shotcrete manipulator.

Q 8: What will you do for equipment before delivery?
Before we deliver the machine, we will test, check and clean the machine. And then pack machine with wooden case, for larger equipment, will be loaded directly and fixed well in container or ship cabin.

Q 9: How about the T/T payment terms?
T/T 30% down payment after signed the contract, T/T 70% balance payment before loading.

Q 10: Can you accept OEM orders?
