Feature
The product is one kind of sulfur silicone sealant with one acid component which could be applied at any climate and could take chemical reaction with the water in the air rapidly. Good aging-resistant ability, high flexible, perfect performance of high or low temperature resistant. Clear, Grey, White.
Characteristics: TP-999belongs to RTV-1, excellent weather ability, rapid curing and easy to use.
Purpose: Perimeter glazing for, all type door and window. Glazing for aquariums.
Color: Clear, white, black or on request.
Movement Capability(%): 12.5
Tack-Free-Time(min): ≤ 180
Cure Time: 1-2(mm/d)
Package and Storage
300ml filling each cartridge, 24 pieces each carton, 0.0156CBM/Carton, 1800 cartons with pallets for 1x20 container load, 1900 cartons without pallets for 1x20 container load.
Applicable standard: Q/(NGS)PB7-1999 ASTMC 920-98.
Using Method:
1. Ensure the joint surface to be dry, clean and oil-free.
2. Paste glue on the surface, press at once (not allowed to press after airing).
3. Fix place in 5-10 minutes, have intensity in 2-3 hours, reach usage intensity after 24 hours.
Warning:
1. The operating environment should be ventilative and should keep away of the fire.
2. Avoid the skin and the eye contact, if touches the skin, clean with soap water, if touches the eye carelessly, uses the massive clear water flushing immediately, go to hospital if serious situation.
3. Close tightly after use to avoid evaporate.
4. Do not put into mouth and keep out of reach of children.
