FAQQ: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are factory located at Foshan,Guangdong ,China since 1998.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 25-30 days if the profiles are in stock. Or it is 45-60 days if the profiles are not in stock, it is also according to the quantity,please contact us for more details .
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and 50% - 70% balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is alsoacceptable!
Q:How do I know your price?
A: Price is based on customer's specific requirements as below(detailed info will help us quote exact price to you):
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window & door dimensions, quantity and types;
2) Profile color and types(regular or thermal break);
3) Glass types(single/double/triple), thickness, and color(clear, tinted, reflective or Low-E, w or w/o Argon).
Q:What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of product quality problems?
A: 1) For the Aluminium Profiles ,10 years warranty for powder coating and 15 years for PVDF coating. Hardware and accessories depends on what brands you choose and working properly under correct operation(10 years warranty for German hardware).
2) Our factory will test all the products and comfirm they are good before shipment .However , we will provide replacement products or accessories by courier if for quality problems .
