1.What is your MOQ?

    Usually our MOQ is 3, 000pcs.But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

2.Can I get samples?

   Sure.We usually provide existing sample for free.But a little sample charge for custom designs.Sample charge is refundable when order is upto certain quantity.
   We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL.If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay thefreight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account.It takes about2-4 days to reach.

 3.How long is the sample leadtime?

     For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.They are free.If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

4.How long is the production leadtime?

    It takes 30days forMOQ.We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

    We have our own designer in house.So you can provide JPG, A I, cdr orPDF, etc.We will make 3D drawing form old or printing screen for yourfinal confirmation based on technique.

6.How many colors are available?

   We match colors with Pantone Matching System.So you can just tellus the pantone color code you need.We will match the colors.Or we willrecommend some popular colors to you.

7.Which kinds of certificate would you have?

8.What is your payment term?

    Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.We also accept LCat sight.
