High Quality Bonded Metal To Rubber Bushing Rubber Mounting Bushes
Rubber bonded Bushings consist of rubber sandwiched between concentric steel sleeves and we have a wide range of versions available providing unique characteristics to suit different applications. They can be fully bonded or semi bonded.
Bushes provide smooth and predictable movement without the wear associated with solid metal bushes and require no lubrication.They offer vibration isolation and reduce road noise in automotive applications by absorbing impact.
They allow a linkage freedom of movement and absorb deflection and load which would otherwise be transferred to mechanical components.
A bush can absorb deflection without affecting alignment, allowing for vibration isolation whilst maintaining the steering geometry.
