Product Description
DVK offers a comprehensive range of quarter turn ball valves which are designed for easy and quick operation, requiring only a quarter turn to be either fully opened or closed.
The range includes both lever and 'T' handle variants, and also offers products for both water and gas applications. DVK Ball Valves are full bore valves which
incorporate an oversized ball to allow the hole in the centre to be equal in diameter to that of the pipeline. This results in low friction losses and flows similar to that of the pipe.
Durable and reliable
Ball valves by nature of their design are extremely durable and reliable even after many years of service. Quarter turn ball valves can be opened and closed quickly. This makes them the preferred choice for isolation applications where a quick shut-off is required or the valves are used frequently. Ball valves excel at isolation, but are inaccurate for applications which require flow control. Where this is necessary, DVK Globe Valves should be considered.
Materials
DVK Quarter Turn Ball Valves are available in brass, chrome plated brass, DZR, lead free brass or bronze. Additionally, all balls within the range are chrome plated for added corrosion resistance and for low torque operation.

Question 1: Can you make OEM or ODM product?
DVK: Yes, if QTY attractive enough, we can create new mould for you, make bodies casting with your logo and your nameplate; if QTY not attractive enough, will be only with your nameplates or labels.
Question 2: How long is your delivery time?
DVK: General speaking, we have some stock for regular products, it is 1~2 weeks if the goods are in stock; if not in stock will be 4~8 weeks, depends on quantity.
Question 3: Do you provide free samples?
DVK: If samples available in stock, yes, we could offer the free sample to you, but the air cost or courier cost will be on your account.
Question 4: What are your payment terms?
DVK: Order value less than 2000USD, 100% in advance. Order value more than 2000USD, 30% T/T in advance,balance before shipment. L/C available as well.
