3. Structure and Principle of Operation
3.1. Structure
The mixer is composed of the two-speed motor, pot for sand, drive box, main shaft, mixing blade, bowl, bottom seat, column, supporting frame and controller. (see attached figure)
3.2. Principle of Operation
The two-speed motor, connected with the gear reducer, derives the main shaft to make the eccentric seat rotate synchronously. The mixing blade fixed on the eccentric seat will be revoluted and rotated around the ring gear as well. The bowl will be raised by the handle and located with eccentric achute on the frame. Sand filling can be automatic or manual.
4. Hoisting and Installation
4.1. No hoisting device is provided for the mixer.
4.2 It is necessary to place the mixer onto the platform, the surface of which being plane. A layer of rubber board with thickness of 5-8 mm should be cushioned between the platform and the mixer.
Normally goods will be shipped out within 7-10days after contract signed and down payment received.
2. Is it possible to make our own brand/logo on your product?
Yes, but depends on MOQ.
3. What's your MOQ?
This depends on different types of products. If it is a large machine, the MOQ is usually 1 set. For small instruments, such as thermometers, the MOQ is 50 pieces.
4. What kind of payment term you accept?
Normally,
1) If total contract value less than USD 10,000.00 : 100% T/T in advance after contract signed.
2) If total contract value more than USD 10000.00 : 50% T/T in advance after contract signed and 50% T/T after receipt of BL copy. Or, irrevocable LC is acceptable.
