The hydraulic type pultrusion production line is controlled by PLC, has LCD display, and is a complete production unit integrating hydraulic reciprocating traction and pneumatic fixed-length cutting. The overall unit consists of a creel, dipping tank, mold table, reciprocating tractor, cutting saw, product support rack, control system, etc. It is equipped with various molds and can produce profiles with different cross-sectional sizes, such as, rectangular tube, I-beams, angles, square tubes, round tubes, epoxy rods, solid, cable tray, hollow panels, bridges, photovoltaic brackets, photovoltaic frames, etc.
