Chocolate Depositing Machine/ Chocolate Moulding Machine/ Chocolate Production Line
a. The chocolate production line includes sugar grinder, cocoa butter melting tank, chocolate conche, chocolate holding/storage tank, chocolate tempering machine, chocolate depositing machine and chocolate packing machine.
b. The full automatic depositing machines have fully automatic functions of moulds pre-heating, depositing, moulds vibrating, cooling, de-moulding and conveying, and adopts PLC control system. The chocolate weight, speed, chocolate fillings and other settings can all be set via the PLC control system.
c. We can provide semi-automatic, full automatic chocolate depositing/ moulding machine equipped with one shot, two shots or three shots. The depositing production line can be used to produce different kinds of chocolates, such as ball chocolate, square chocolates, chocolate bars, pure chocolate, or chocolate with fillings, chocolate mixed with nuts, two colors chocolate (left and right or up and down).
d. We can provide customers a complete chocolate production line and turnkey projects according to different customers' specific requirements. All of our machine can be customized.
