I PRODUCT INFO.
Spherical roller bearings are double row, self-retaining units comprising solid outer rings with a concave raceway, solid inner rings and barrel rollers with cages. The inner rings with cylindrical or tapered bores.
Types EA, C, CD, CA, these are designed for high load capacity, are available. Types EA, C, and CD have pressed steel cages; and type CA has machined brass cages. Type EA has especially high load capacity, features low torque, and has a high-strength cage.
1.self-algning roller bearings with two rows rollers, are mainly used to bear radial load,but also can take axial load in either direction. this kind of bearing have a high radial load capacity, especially suitable for working heavy loads or vibration, but unable to withsand pure axial load. good aligning performance, can compensate the coaxiality error.
2.mainly purposes: papermaking machinery, speed reducer, railway vehicle axle, roller mill, crusher, vibrating screen, printing machinery,woodworking machinery,self-aligning bearing with vertical unit etc.
3.self-aligning roller bearings can be divided into, cylindrical hole, tapered hole.
4.for the self-aligning bearings, a large number of bearings generally use mechanical or hydraulic pressure method for installation.
II Feature:
Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers, a common sphered outer ring raceway and two inner ring raceways inclined at an angle to the bearing axis .The centre point of the sphere in the outer ring raceway is at the bearing axis. Therefore, the bearings are self-aligning and insensitive to misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing, which can be caused, for example, by shaft deflection. Spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate heavy radial loads, as well as heavy axial loads in both directions.
