1. Are you a manufacturer?
Our factory start in 1995 and move to Ningguo industrial park in 2006. We have 80,000 square meter workshops and 5 production lines for clutch plate and clutch cover. Our annual output is 700,000 set of clutch assembly.
2. What are the advantages of your factory?
First, we have almost 20 years of experience in manufacturing clutch plate and cltuch cover, we know aftermarkets and OE standard perfectly well.
Second, we have a diverse range of products, because we own more than 2000 kinds of different clutch plates. Most them are applied to Japanese truck, Chinese truck and Europe truck, such as Hino, Mitsubishi, Mercedes etc. We also have 5 different product lines mounting clutch plate, 10 sets of 500tons hydrualic machines for clutch cover and own individual heat treatment equiment.
3. How can you ensure your product quality?
First, we have very mature supply chain, all the parts in clutch such as clutch facing, hub, springs are all tested before ship to our factory. And then we make fatigue life test in every signal batch before load to container and ship to customers.
Second, we own individual heat treatment machine. We can control spare parts quality, because we are not relying on third party to deal with heat treatment.
4. What service your factory can provide?
We are able to produce 700,000 sets of clutch assebly per year. Most products are customized and we can design customers' new packing. We own 10 agents can deal with customers' request.
