COLD ROLLED STEEL COIL
After pickling hot rolled steel to remove the oxide skin for cold continuous rolling, the product is cold rolled, continuously stretching the steel causing cold hardening to increase strength, hardness and toughness. This will cause stamping and forming performance to deteriorate therefore can only be used for simple forms of parts.

Product Advantages
1. Cold rolled steel production process has no heat application, so there is no pitting, iron oxide and other defects. The surface quality is smooth with a silver-white finish.
2. The dimensional accuracy of cold rolled products is high, and the thickness difference throughout the product is generally no more than 0.01-0.03mm or less. This fully meets the requirements of high-precision tolerances.
3. Cold rolled products have very good mechanical properties (e.g. higher strength, yield strength, forming and drawing properties, etc.)
4. Cold rolled products are produced at high-speed continuous manufacturing for high productivity.
5. Cold rolled products perform with reliable durability and long life compared to galvanized steel. Compared to galvanized steel, cold rolled steel has a higher resistance to heat resistance, less prone to discoloration at high temperatures.

- Packing of steel products is divided into 2 packing types. Standard packing and custom packing.
- Steel products for home appliance applications are packed with reinforced metal packing, on wooden pallets. The size of each pack is in accordance with customers' requirements.
- Each pack is first wrapped with humidity resistant paper to prevent moisture.
- After being wrapped in paper, the corners are protected with metal corner guards to prevent any damage during transport.
- The whole pack is then bundled with reinforced packing straps to hold and prevent steel sheets from shifting during transport.
- For export requirements, fumigated wood is available for packing.
