1. What information does the quotation need?
Please provide your drawings and/or samples, quantity and other necessary requirement.
Drawings can be in PDF, IGS, DWG, STEP format.
2. What's leading time for tooling, samples and mass production?
Lead time for tooling & samples: About 20-45days.
(Depends on the product structure and other requirements on heat treatment, machining, surface treatment and so on.)
Lead time for mass production: About 35~60days
(Depends on order quantity and other necessary post treatment or assembly accessories situation.)
3. What is the general quality control process?
Receive sample order → Make Longway production drawing for customer confirmation → Produce samples →
In Mass Production Stage:
Receive mass order → Make production schedule → Process inspection and first piece inspection → Follow up production status →
Final inspection → Provide material and dimensions inspection report → Delivery on time
4. What surface treatment are available?
Shot Blasting, Black Oxide, Powder coating, Wet Painting, Polishing, Acid Pickling, Anodizing, Zinc Plating, Electrophoresis, Chrome Plating,etc.
5. What is the package for exporting?
Generally wooden case with inner plastic bag;
but for products with precision machining and surface treatment, will be single packed with bubble bag+carton+wooden case.
