Our technical team has a wide range of knowledge, there are many ways to solve the problems encountered in the design, such as the parts deformation processing problems encountered production lines.
Forys has a strong software development team, currently there are eight software engineers, all software is not outsourced.
-This production line is designed and manufactured according to client's requirements, except for manual assembly of soft materials such as wire harnesses and foam, all others are automatic.
-Assembly includes key processes such as automatic oiling, automatic shaping (deformed parts), automatic assembly, and automatic screw tightening
-Detection includes automatic leak detection, electrical detection, noise detection, wind speed detection, NVH detection, positional detection, and robot appearance detection
-The production line comes with its own server, which can interface with the customer's Mesh system and receive and transmit data
-It has established cooperative relations with SANDIAN, SAI, CHAOLI, AI, SONGZHI, YINLUN, etc. Since 2014, Forys has done more than 70 air conditioning box line projects. Very familiar with the process of air conditioning box line.

Forys is located in NO.279 YUNfu Road,Shuitu High-tech Industrial Park of Liangjiang New District(Beibei District), Chongqing,CHINA. With an area of 3000 square meters, the property right is our own.
Our company focuses on the process analysis, development, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, service in one of the professional suppliers of automated production lines and testing equipment.
At present, the company has about 150employees, including 70 core team members, including 25 mechanical engineers, 25 electrical engineers, 8 software engineers, 6 robot engineers and 6 project managers. The company currently has about 30 customers at home and abroad, such as Europe, USA, Mexico ect..
Since 2017, we have started to do export projects, and have been abroad to the United States, Mexico, Sweden, Slovakia, and Poland. We have many years of export project management experience and team.
According to customer needs, our company can send engineers to the customer's local factory for commissioning, run line. Later production line maintenance can be remotely assisted through the network.
After final acceptance, the production line will have a one-year warranty period.
