1. Are you a manufacturer?
Our factory start in 1995 and move to Ningguo industrial park in 2006. We have 80,000 square meter workshops and 20 production lines for brake lining. Our annual output is 18 million piece brake lining, 30 million USD annual sales.
2. What are the advantages of your factory?
First, we have almost 30 years of experience in manufacturing brake lining, we know aftermarkets and OE standard perfectly well.
Second, we have a diverse range of products, because we own more than 5000 kinds of different brake lining models. Having 20 set of 800tons hydrualic machines, 30 set 500tons small one, 20 set of oven, 30 set of CNC drilling machines and 10 set individual automatic production line, our advanced machines guarantee premium quality and fast deliver the goods.
Third, our annual output is about 18 Million pieces, 30 Million USD sales. We sell 50% in domestic aftermarket, supply 20% in OE market, and contribute 30% to international OE and aftermarket.
3. How can you ensure your product quality?
First we test raw material before we use in production, then we make material test in every signal batch before load to container and ship to customers.
Second, we have top class labtory in brake lining industry. We own constant speed test machine(GB 5763-2008), original labtory bench test machine(FMVS121 program), Krauss test machine(ECE R90 program), Chase friction test machine(SAE J661).
Third, we have 20 professional engineers analyse formulation and research good materials all over the country.
What's more, we are one of the company that drafting new national standard(GB 5763-2018) for brake lining industry.
4. What international certificates your factory own?
We have IATF/TS16949, ECE R90(EMARK), LINK(FMVSS121), 3C(China compulsory certificate), SABS(South Africa), Anhui province high technology labtory, Anhui province high technology company.
5. How many main formulations your factory supply to different markets?
We have at least 10 main formulations currently are supplied. All of them are asbestos free. We have specific formulations target on North America, Europe and Africa. Our premium quality&OEM approved brake lining with superior stopping power and exceptional block life under all conditions.
