1.Product Overview
"APVX Automatic Air Vent Valve" is designed for situations where water contains approximately 2% dissolved air. During the water transportation process, this air is continuously released from the water and accumulates at high points in the pipeline, forming an air pocket (AIR POCKET). This makes water transportation difficult, and the system's water transportation capacity may decrease by approximately 5-15%. The main function of this micro air vent valve is to eliminate this 2% dissolved air. It is suitable for installation in high-rise buildings, industrial piping systems, and small pump stations to protect or improve the water transportation efficiency of the system and save energy.The Single Lever Type Micro Vent Valve, with an elliptical valve body, has all internal components, including the float ball, lever, and valve seat, made of 304 stainless steel. It features a standard vent hole size of 1/6", suitable for PN16 working pressure conditions. The medium temperature range is 0~80ºC.
