Product Description
Single plate screen changer: Plate and screen changer are all made 38CrMoAl alloy steel.
Group leak-protection sheel set of changing reseau: It is suitable for the filter of high transparent, high viscidity, fissility, and plastic of high molecular quantum.
Characteristic: The mould group leak-protecition steel set of changing reseau filter fleetly, which can dismantle and fix the tatty steel set neatly needn't process separately.
Screen changer extrusion pellet granulate
1. Come with bulit-in sealing devive to ensure sound tightness and allow for mass production of any polymers. Capable of being coupled with extruders of various specifications.
2. Screen -changing time less than 2 seconds. The filtering area may vary between? 30mm--?
250mm.
3. Come with grinding--resistant, pressure--resistant and high precision filter to ensure maximized filtering area and optimized filtering results.
Its performance will not be compromised when the pressure is kept between 25--30Mpa and temperature around 300° C.
4. Nearly all the polymers are fit for screen changer, such as PC, PMMA, PET, PS, PP, PU, PE, EVA, ABS etc.
