Lens Wiping Procedure:

# Wash and Dry: Wash the lens by hand and either blow dry or leave it to air dry.

# Wear Finger Mask: Always put on a finger mask to prevent contamination.

# Remove the Lens for Inspection: Gently remove the lens from the device for inspection.

# Blow Off Dust: Use an air blower or nitrogen to gently blow off any dust or debris from the lens surface.

# Clean with Lens Liquid: Soak cotton balls in lens cleaning liquid and gently remove any residue from the lens. Use lens wipe paper to carefully wipe the surface in a rotating motion.

# Replace Lens Paper: After each wipe, replace the lens paper and repeat step 5. Do not reuse lens paper.

# Final Cleaning: Blow the lens clean with an air ball to remove any remaining particles.

This process ensures safe and effective lens cleaning without damaging the surface.

# Avoid Touching the Lens with Your Hands: Always handle the lens with care to prevent oil or dirt from your fingers affecting its surface.

# Do Not Breathe on the Lens or Use Compressed Air: Breathing directly onto the lens or using an air compressor can introduce moisture and dust, potentially damaging the lens coating.

# Avoid Direct Contact with the Lens Surface: Never touch the lens surface directly to avoid scratching or contamination.

# Use Only Proper Lens Cleaning Paper: Do not use inappropriate cleaning materials like tissue or non-lens wipes that could leave fibers or scratches.

# Be Gentle When Disassembling the Lens: Do not apply excessive pressure when removing the lens, as it may cause cracks or damage to the lens or its housing.
