Processing Technique:
FRP Pultrusion production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and contstant section. Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving,continous mat,woven robing,carbon or others. The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix(resin,minerals,pigments,additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces thestratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties,After the pre-forming step,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.
The glass fiber reinforced plastic cable tray produced by our company is a cable tray of various specifications ( ladder type, combined type ) which is formed by the pull molding of the bridge and thebottom of the bridge through the automaticglass fiber reinforced plastic pultrusion equipment. The equipment and technology are mature, feasible and widely used in China. Its production process is theglass fiber fiber yarn, special pultruded glass fiber felt,special pultruded resin and other auxiliarymaterials, through automatic yarn matching, dipping,forming, and then by the automatic traction device traction into the automatic temperature control of the forming mold heating, curing, out of the mold, the whole process is automatically completed in one time. The glass fiber reinforced plastic cable bridge produced by this equipment has uniform ratio of raw materials, accurate curing temperature control,smooth surface, steel and toughness and other strengths far beyond manual products.
