KCB Series Gaer Oil Pump
The gear-type oil pump is used for conveying a variety of oils, such as heavy oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil, crude oil etc., equipped with copper gears and explosion-proof motors can transport low flash point liquid gasoline, benzene and so on. Stainless steel pump is used for the food industry conveyor beverages, edible oil, milk, the pH of the liquid. The pump does not apply for solid particles and fibers liquid for viscosity of 5 × 10-5 ~ 1.5 × 10-3m2 / S. The medium temperature is not higher than 70 ºC. For transporting hot liquids, use a high-temperature gear pump, can transport liquid below 300 ºC.
The pump can be used in the oil transfer pump, booster pump and lubricating oil pump. Optional pump material cast iron, aluminum, or stainless steel according to customer requirements. Sealed seal, packing seal, mechanical seals for customers are for option.
Application:
It can be used as transmission and booster pump in oil transmission system.
It can be used as a fuel pump for conveying, pressurizing and spraying in the fuel system.
In the hydraulic transmission system can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power;
In the industrial field, can be used for lubricating oil pump;
From the outstretched end of the spindle to the pump, it rotates clockwise.
