A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

A: T/T and L/C at sight are offered;
♦ Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes around 3 days.
♦ Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes around 20-30 days. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
♦ Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique
