HDPE Silicon Core Pipe is a new type of pipe made from a composite extrusion of high-density polyethylene and silicone mixture. It features an inner wall with a lubricant, making it a composite optical cable sheath. The friction characteristics of the silicon core layer inside remain unchanged, allowing cables to be repeatedly extracted within the pipeline. The silicon core layer does not react with water, allowing the pipeline to be flushed with water after accidental incidents. It has a small curvature radius (ten times its outer diameter), allowing it to adapt to bends and drops in the terrain without additional processing. The construction is convenient as it does not require an outer large pipe or sub-pipes, significantly reducing project costs. The pipe can be directly used for cable installation, with direct burial of the optical cable sheath. The inner wall has a permanently lubricated lining with a low friction coefficient, allowing for quick cable laying using air-blowing methods, with a one-time cable length of 500 to 2000 meters. Available in 18 vivid colors, the pipe can also include four marking stripes. Each silicon core pipe can be manufactured to any length, widely used in optical and electrical cable communication network systems.
