Product Features:
High-speed punching molds and progressive molds have stringent requirements for tungsten carbide punch head components, especially when continuously stamping 0.6mm low-carbon steel at a rate of 300 strokes per minute. The speed is exceptionally fast, making traditional tungsten carbide materials inadequate for meeting performance requirements. To address this, we have chosen Chunbao Tungsten Steel WF30 as the base material for producing high-performance punch heads and die inserts.
