Answer: 30% by TT in advance and 70% balance before shipment.

A: Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 hours, whichever comes first. But according to some special items, we can extend the warranty period.

A: If you are not satisfied with the pictures, videos, boarding reports, load tests, customer experience and sales staff's understanding of the generators you are interested in, we invite you to visit our spacious storage yards and stores to witness your generators. Carry out a load test and check our professional operations here.
Q7: What should I do after I receive the generator set?
Answer: Please read the operation manual carefully after obtaining the generator.
