Descriptions
1. Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is a crystalline thermoplastic polymer material with melting temperature of 334ºC. It has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, flame retardant, acid and alkali resistance, hydrolysis resistance, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, radiation resistance and good electrical performance.
2. With a high melting point (334ºC) and glass transition temperature (143ºC), continuous use temperature of 260ºC.
3. The flammability test standard of the material is UL94, and the test result of PEEK is V-0, which is the best flame retardant grade.
4. Excellent resistance to alternating stress fatigue performance, comparable with alloy materials.
5.PEEK is widely used in aerospace, automotive, electrical and electronics, medical and food processing and other fields.
PPSU is polyphenylene sulfide, a thermoplastic special engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive performance. Its outstanding characteristics are high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and superior mechanical properties.
