About Our Laminator
This new type laminator is has two patents. According to both Chinese and oversea pouch film characteristic, we design the rollers specially, including its rigidity, the rollers driving, pression and control system. This laminator can do both hot laminating and cold moucting functions. The finished laminated item is very flat and lucent, and also can protect against the tide, water fading and altering. So it can be kept for a very long time.

Based on the room temperature, we suggest the following.
But we also should adjust the temperature according to the pouch film size, material and so on, if the temperature is low, and the laminating item is not clear, we can increase the temperature. If the temperature is high, the pouch film has wrinkle, you can reduce the temperature.
Operation process
3.Put the item in the pouch film, put the closed end film first in the machine, the item will go into the machine and it will come out at the back of the machine several second later.

Laminating temperature
Based on the room temperature, we suggest the following.

| Temperature | 100ºC | 115ºC | 135ºC | 170ºC |
But we also should adjust the temperature according to the pouch film size, material and so on, if the temperature is low, and the laminating item is not clear, we can increase the temperature. If the temperature is high, the pouch film has wrinkle, you can reduce the temperature.
Operation process
1. Connect the power (230V, 50Hz), turn on the power switch into HOT position ( the power switch is ON-OFF-ON design), the machine start to heat, and the roller become hot.
2. You can set the machine temperature according to the pouch film thickness, if you are not clear what the temperature should be at your film thickness, should first set the temperature in the low position, after heating 3 minutes, when the working light on, and wait for 1 minute again, the working light will be change between in on and off, and then you can laminate the item.
3.Put the item in the pouch film, put the closed end film first in the machine, the item will go into the machine and it will come out at the back of the machine several second later.
4.When you put the film into the machine, if you find the card in the pouch film is skew, you can press the BACK button, and the pouch film will be back, and then you can put the card again.
ATTENTION !
1. Put the machine at the dry and clear place, should be far away from the flammable item.
2.Do not let the water into the machine, do not put some items on the machine when working.
3. For your safe, please connect the machine in the ground line.
4. When turn off machine, please set the machine in 100degree, wait for 2 minutes, and then cut off the power, this can avoid the roller stop running suddenly, and lead to the roller some place to be too hot.
5.Do not repair the machine when power connecting.
6. Please clear the roller with the soft cloth in alcohol, could not use the benzine and other thinner, could not use the metal tool.
7. Do not first put the unseal end pouch film into the machine, this will lead the pouch film to be tumple or the puch film will enwind the rollers.
8. When inset the pouch film, should put the pouch film between the two input lines.Payment:
