The LE MO 3K.93C.Y connectors with keys (W), ideal for blind mating, were developed to meet the critical requirements of the new generation of digital HDTV cameras.
The main features of this series are as follows:
- Security of the LE MO Push-Pull self-latching system
- Fitted with the new LE MO FS fibre optic contacts.
- Conforms to the Japanese ARIB technical report BTA S-1005B, to the SMPTE 304 standard and to the European EBU Technical Recommendation R100-1999.
- Qualified for use in UL approved equipment such as those specified in UL 1977 (UL file E119802).
- Cabled connectors have obtained the EC Attestation of conformity No: N8 00 03 39058 001 from the German TÜV Product Service.
The 3K.93C.Y series consists of eight models which will accept cables specific to this application
3K.93C.Y - SMPTE Hybrid:The 3K.93C & 3K.93C.Y series offer hybrid electrical-fibre optic connectors for HDTV applications (SMPTE / ARIB / EBU Standard) in outdoor environments (IP68). Featuring a Push-Pull latching system, these ergonomic, robust connectors conform to ARIB, SMPTE & EBU standards. Hybrid insert configurations including low voltage, high voltage and fibre optic, each of which are 360° screened for full EMC shielding are available.
