Shelf Life	12 months in its original sealed can at cool and dry place at 20ºC.
Application Method	Mix the main putty and hardener in proportion and complete it within the gel time. Scrape the adjusted putty on the polished two-component primer or the surface of the treated base. If thick coating is required, it is better to scrape several times. If air bubbles appear during the coating , must scrape thoroughly with a scraper.
Package	2 kg/tin, 4 kg/tin, 5.5 kg/tin.

 

Note:1. Stir evenly before use. Do not put the used ash body into the original product tank;
2. The ratio of putty and curing agent must be appropriate before scraping, and must be mixed well and uniformly to avoid cracking or softening;
3. Putty curing agent is a product that is flammable, explosive and has strong irritation to the skin, please do not directly contact the skin;
4. Putty coating is not easy to apply too thick at one time, and if the pit is deep, it should be applied in multiple passes.
5. Do not spray the topcoat directly on the putty, so as not to cause the topcoat to lose gloss.

Several factors that cause putty to deteriorate easily:
1. The isocyanate in the main component is easy to react with moisture in the air and deteriorate.
2. The additives (inhibitors, accelerators) have an impact on the quality of the product itself.
3. The formula system needs to be proportioned according to the environment and climate of each place.
4. Storage conditions must be in a dry environment and sensitive to climate.
5. The poor quality of its product packaging jars affects the product quality of putty.
