Working Principle:
The pile in the flocking hopper is expertly propelled out by an innovative electrostatic spray gun, efficiently stirred by a dynamic motor and high-pressure airflow, creating an impressive pile that is brilliantly ionized by static electricity at the nozzle, enabling the pile to effortlessly bear a negative charge. The pile is skillfully directed to the workpiece, embedding itself into the adhesive coating (glue) on the workpiece's surface, powered by the seamless cooperation of airflow and electric field.
