The main engine supplies power needed for activating strong magnetic field; The cooling machine is for coolimg the magnetizing coil because the coil's temperature will rise during magnetization process.
The magnetizing table/fixture is usually designed according to the magnet component or assembly customer wants to magnetize.

Main Features
1. SCR: Adopts CRRC, or Toshiba or Mitsubishi brand.
2. High-voltage Capacitor: High quality magnetizer capacitors with long service life.
3. HMI Functions (for Intellignent type models only)
--Jobs can be prestored and called, which is convenient for interchange between different jobs.
-- Different ID for different authorized operators to protect the program against modified beyond authority.
-- Top and bottom limit of main working parameters can be preset and be used to compare with and analyze real time values.
-- Main working parameters in the process can be recorded and stored convenient to monitor the working conditions of the machine.
-- Automatic faults diagnosis and alarm function convenient for maintenance and repair of the machine.
4. Voltage can be stepless regulated.
5. A voltage loss automatic compensating circuit is equipped to guarantee that each time magnetizing energy is uniform and thus to improve the equal quality of magnetized products.
6. An overload protection device is adopted to protect the important expensive components from being damaged and reduce the loss in case of accident.
7. Residual voltage automatic release circuit is adopted to guarantee the safety.
