1. Electric furnace smelting, roller body is made of high quality nickel, chromium, molybdenum alloy by compound centrifugal casting. The roller body is of high hardness, homogenization and wear property;
2. Roller axle is processed by quenching and tempering to insure mechanical property.
3. Dynamic balance test is done to guarantee stable running of roller.
