The extruder hopper dehumidification and drying system and automatic feeding system make the extruder performance more stable. The whole machine adopts variable frequency motor drive and automatic intelligent temperature control system, which has significant energy-saving effect, achieving high output and low power consumption.
The cooling system of the PP strapping tape production line adopts circulating water source, unique circulating cooling process, and multiple sets of shaping guide rails, which make the strapping tape cooling, shrinking and shaping more complete, the product more stable and the size more accurate.
