1. Process Flow
Aluminum ingot/scrap aluminum wire /large aluminum sheet →Rectangle Regenerative melting furnace → 2 sets of Tilting holding furnace → permanent magnetic stirrer → degassing and filtering → tundish → 4-wheel continuous casting machine →upward hauling → automatic shearer → waste bar discharger →Casting Bar Straightening Machine→ induction heater → automatic feeding continuous rolling mill → Roller type Al Rod leading pipe (without butter oil) and new dual baskets drop coiling mechanism → Al alloy rod.
