R series coaxial-helical gear motors have the characteristics of small size and large transmission torque.
1. Designed and manufactured on the basis of the modular combination system, there are extremely many motor combinations,installation types and structural schemes, and the transmission ratio is finely graded to meet different operating conditions and realize mechatronics.
2. The four series of reducers R, P, K, and S adopt the modular design principle of unit structure, which greatly reduces the
types of parts and inventory, and also greatly shortens the delivery cycle.
3. High transmission efficiency, low energy consumption and superior performance.
4. High-rigidity cast iron box with ribs, gears are made of high-quality alloy steel, the surface is carburized and fire-hardened,finely ground, stable transmission, low noise, large bearing capacity, low temperature rise, and long life.
5. The product won the "Jiangsu High-tech Product" and "National Torch Program Project", and is widely used in light industry,food, beer and beverage, chemical industry, escalator, automated storage equipment, construction, machinery, iron and steelmetallurgy, papermaking, wood-based panel machinery, automobile manufacturing, tobacco machinery, water conservancy, printing and packaging pharmaceuticals, textiles, building materials, logistics, feed machinery, environmental protection and other fields
6. This series of reducers does not contain oil before leaving the factory. It is recommended to add N220 medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil in GB3141 before use.
