Employing synthetic lubricating oil and an IP65-grade seal, our design guarantees no oil leakage and maintenance-free operation.
Our gears are crafted from premium chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel, enhanced by an advanced vacuum plasma nitriding process. This elevates the surface hardness to 1200Hv and tempers the core to 30HRc, ensuring optimal wear resistance and impact toughness.
