Product Description
As a new kind of environmental protection flooring , SPC (stone plastic composite) , takes advantages of "0"Formaldehyde anti-proof , waterproof , fire-prevent , mothproof and easy-installation. SPC basic layer is extruded by an extrusion which combined with a "T" mould. Then we put PVC wear layer , PVC flim deco layer and SPC basic layer in a Calendaring Machine which has three /four rolls . All the 3 layers are pressed by hot machine. During this process , the surface can made in different textures . There is no glue during this period.
Because the raw material is green and healthy, SPC flooring planks are without any harmful ingredients. Such as heavy metal , Phthalate and Methanol . It meets EN14372 , EN649-2011 , EC62321 and GB4085-83, It is very popular over the world. SPC flooring has a good dimension stability and wide usage. It is much more waterproof than solid wood and with no Formaldehyde. There are a lot of colors and patterns for SPC flooring.It can be used in house, hotel, hospital , market and so on.
