Product Description
TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethanes) TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) elastomer rubber is a versatile material divided mainly into polyester and polyether types. It boasts a broad hardness range (60HA-85HD) and offers outstanding wear resistance, oil resistance, transparency, and elasticity. These properties make it ideal for a variety of applications, including daily necessities, sporting goods, toys, and decorative materials. Additionally, halogen-free flame retardant TPU can replace soft PVC to meet the increasing environmental requirements. As an elastomer, its glass transition temperature is lower than room temperature, and it exhibits an elongation at break of over 50%, with excellent recovery after deformation. Polyurethane elastomers are unique in that they occupy an intermediate space between rubber and plastic. Their chemical structure involves minimal or no crosslinking, resulting in linear molecules with some physical crosslinking-an attribute that defines TPU.
Thanks to its exceptional properties, TPU finds extensive applications across various sectors. Its superior wear resistance makes it perfect for shoe soles, belts, conveyor belts, and other wear-resistant products. Its oil resistance is ideal for manufacturing oil seals, gaskets, and other sealing products. TPU is also widely used in industrial products, sports equipment, automotive components, and coatings.

Yes, we have been specializing in the production of rubber sheets, rubber conveyor belts, and rubber V-belts for over 20 years.
