A: Yes, we are. We have our own factory and international sales department. We produce our own products all by ourselves.
2. Q: Where's your factory located?
A: Our factory locates in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. It takes about 30mins by car from Ningbo International Airport to our office in Ningbo.
Welcome to visit our office and factory anytime. We will pickup you at airport or railway station.
3. Q: When can I get the price from you?
A: Please send us inquiry to us via website or email, and you can give us a call to tell us if your needs urgent, we'll reply you within 24hours.
4.Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: We provide less than $50 free samples, upon you pay the courier fee. You can require for samples to check our quality. If we have stock for the models you need, the samples can be sent to you within 3 days through FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc.
5. Q: How long is the lead time?
A: Usually it takes around 3-30days after sample confirmed and deposit received (Depends on order quantity and sales season). If you need the goods urgently, please tell us, and we will try our best to give you priority.
